Room rate for extra person in all rooms depends on the season:
10euro low- middle season, 30euro high season and super high season.
Extra bed kid: 7,50euro - low season, 12,50euro - middle season, 17,50euro - high season and super high season
Additional beds in reasonable limits can be arranged after discussion with the office or the guest and are changed as above.

Cancellation until:
15 days prior to arrival: total refund of deposit.
From 14 days till 7days prior to arrival: 50 % charge of the total cost of the stay.
From 6 days prior to arrival: 100% charge of the total cost of the stay.
No show on arrival day: 100% charge of the total cost of the stay.
